Homemade crisp bread – very healthy everyday snack.
So easy to make and much better than Wasa.

RECIPE
• 200g plain flour
• 1dl best quality olive oil
• 1 ½ cups water
• 50g pumpkin seeds
• 50g linseed
• 50g sunflower seeds
• 50g sesame seeds
• 2 tsp sea salt
for garnish – small seeds of your choice – sesame, poppy, nigella, etc.
Mix all tthe dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the wet ingredients.
You should get a stiff dough.
Roll the dough on the baking paper, until very thin.
Cut the dough into squares, the size you want.
Sprinkle with garnishing seeds, spray with water and bake 15-20 minutes in 200C or until slightly golden (do not let them brown too much!)
