My favorite is the Meatloaf book. Also the Microwaving one came free with the updated Joy of Cooking (which isn’t as good as my ’64 edition). The larger version looks a lot better.

Rhonda Jean over at Down To Earth threw down a Sourdough Breadmaking challenge, so here is my attempt. It is a little late, but better than never! The recipe is from S. John Ross. This is my little starter after a full day. The little guy is already bubbling and brewing. They grow up so fast.
