Another variation of the "Rich Tea Cake" in The Vegan Baker, this one goes to the tropics with candied ginger, apricots, macadamia nuts, dates, cranberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds and raisins. No refined flour, eggs, dairy or refined sugar!
