This was insanely good. I am not an expert baker, and this (though fussy) wasn’t difficult, and was one of the best things I’ve ever made. Please note that it isn’t really for low-carb or low-fat diets.

Betty Crocker’s "Mustard Lamb Chops" from Low-Carb Lifestyle Cookbook — local lamb shoulder chops brushed with dijon mustard, sprinkled with thyme, and broiled for about 5 minutes on each side. Served with mushroom ragout and asparagus pan-roasted with dijon and lemon.
Not the most colourful of suppers, but pretty quick and tasty.

Now I can make food just like this place. Although I doubt I’ll be making Picholine Olive Oil Brine Candy anytime soon. The bacon with butterscotch, apple and thyme could happen though…
Also this book is really beautiful and HUGE (I think it could totally beat up the French Laundry Cookbook), and only at Chapters. This concludes my free publicity.
