This was insanely good. I am not an expert baker, and this (though fussy) wasn’t difficult, and was one of the best things I’ve ever made. Please note that it isn’t really for low-carb or low-fat diets.
Lamb, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Yum!

Betty Crocker’s "Mustard Lamb Chops" from Low-Carb Lifestyle Cookbook — local lamb shoulder chops brushed with dijon mustard, sprinkled with thyme, and broiled for about 5 minutes on each side. Served with mushroom ragout and asparagus pan-roasted with dijon and lemon.
Not the most colourful of suppers, but pretty quick and tasty.
