Family settling in and preparing Italian Wedding soup with quinoa and kale for Christmas eve dinner….I had planned this out in advance, but had expected to have an outdoor patio and expected it to be colder than it was, so I thought the soup would be a warm and hearty meal. It was still delicious, but not as fitting as i originally hoped

After helping Rosalie eat lunch at the hospital, we went home to the farm and had a delicious meal at Heather’s house. Most of the people had finished eating when we arrived and were relaxing to let their food digest.
