Passing on a Finnish cookbook

One of my mother’s delightful dinner guests passing on a Finnish cookbook to another regular guest. It was all very lovely, though Ginny made the mistake of asking Midge if she already had that cookbook. Any lawyer could have told her to not ask that question if she wasn’t ready for the answer, but Midge said one of her daughters didn’t have one and she would pass it on. Midge made the gorgeous lemon blueberry cake we were eating, too.
