Cookbook from 1927 (1929 edition), for owners of the original GE Monitor Top refrigerators. Our Monitor Top is a little newer than the ones featured in this book.
There is a chapter of salads, but otherwise this book is all desserts!

for Phyllo Triangles from the Candle Cafe cookbook. I left out the dill-’cause I didn’t have any on hand. I also added freshly grated nutmeg. ’cause nutmeg and spinach go together like hookers and blow.
