Friends, family, and colleagues of Mrs. Arlene Justice gathered at Top of the Bay on April 24 to celebrate her retirement after almost 40 years of dedicated government service. Justice began working as a GS-01 clerk typist with OC&S in 1972 and rose through the ranks to become the Garrison’s Resource Manager in the Budget Office. Team APG wishes Arlene Justice a happy and well-deserved retirement!

In an ice-filled collins glass add plenty of Bacardi Limon, a dash of Martini and the juice of half a lime. The result is a little like a vodka-Martini, with the lime compensating for the sickly sweetness of the Bacardi Limon. This is why Bacardi Limon is really good for nothing but home-made alcopops – the Blima was only invented so I could use it up. ‘Blima’, which rhymes with ‘lima’, comes from Dutch slang for a Bacardi and Coke – a ‘baco’, and a Bacardi Limon and Coke – a ‘blico’.
