2013 Young Leadership Society-Illinois Division Thank You Party

On Thursday, January 17, United Way’s Young Leadership Society-Illinois Division held a Thank You party to celebrate their successful inaugural year and many fundraising efforts that took place. About 25 attendees came out for a night of fellowship, food, and drink at Global Brew in O’Fallon, IL.

pork medallions with mustard-caper sauce and green beans with almonds and thyme.
Next time I’ll use less chicken broth and more cream in the sauce for the pork, since it was sort of soupy. But yummy nonetheless.
