Mushrooms with pasta

Inspired by Nigel I cooked a large handful of Swiss browns in some olive oil, until they were nice and golden. Added in some slivers of garlic half way through.
Once the mushrooms were cooked I stirred through a teeny amount of chopped parsley (all I could cut from my plant), a splash of water and about a quarter teaspoon of miso.
To finish I added some leftover cooked home-made pasta from last night and tossed this through, until the pasta was just warm. Took a photo and then ate it straight away, surrounded by cookery books.
Positively delicious.
