Hearty Broccoli Soup
STEP 3
Add florets to soup. To taste, add Kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, crushed dry thyme or chopped fresh thyme.
Bring to boil for 2-3 minutes. Promptly remove from heat.

Ingredients for Mock ‘Tuna’ Salad Sandwich.
15 ounces canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed, fork-crushed.
2 whole celery stalks, grated.
2 tbsp dill pickle, diced
1 spring onion (or ramp), diced
2 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp vegan ‘mayonnaise’
1 tsp kelp powder
½ tsp dry mustard powder
½ tsp onion flakes
fresh lemon juice, to taste
