Two of the three vegetarian cookbooks I own. I borrowed Saving Dinner the Vegetarian way from my friend Megan one day, and quickly realized I would have been Xeroxing the entire book. My mom sent Ian and I the Vegetarian Times one for Christmas, and it has a wealth of recipes that we can’t wait to try out.

This image is pre-filtering in Photoshop.
This is from a cookbook I discovered. The woman who wrote these recipes into it actually recorded the date that she copied each recipe. So, that ’78 there? That’s EIGHTEEN seventy-eight!
Unfortunately, the ink is fading terribly on many pages. I am trying to find a way to at least digitize them before the ink becomes completely unreadable.
