What a nice surprise after a dreary Monday to come home and find a new book at my doorstep! I’ve already made a ton of dishes from www.veganyumyum.com so of course I had to buy the book! Can’t wait to experiment even more vegan recipes.

Nalley’s 40th Anniversary Cook Book

This book is undated but Nalley’s was founded in 1918, so the book is from about 1958. Great 50s style illustrations and some interesting recipes. Unfortunately, some of them require Nalley’s ingredients that don’t exist anymore.
