   This is a beautifully illustrated cookbook from the publishers of Taste of Home magazine. Recipes have universal appeal and are easy to prepare with common ingredients. I bought it as a gift for a diabetic relative but found several recipes I want to try myself. If it didn’t say “diabetic” in the title, you wouldn’t know these were special diet recipes. And Amazon’s discounted price is excellent.

   I am diabetic and was given this book as a gift. I have enjoyed every recipe I’ve tried. I especially appreciate the variety of soups and stews and the short personal note from the contributors. I hope the publishers are considering making this a series!

   I really like the book it has easy tasty recipes.
   
   the recipes are easy to follow.
   
   these recipes are made with common ingredients you have on hand.
   
   I tried alot of the recipes they are great.

   All the recipe’s look and sound good and there are alot to choose from but unforturnately I have not prepared a recipe yet and can’t comment on them and that’s why I only rated this book four stars.I’m sure they are as good as they look.
