I tried the recipes and they are tasteless. Most of the recipes have ingredients that are not often purchased and go bad before they are reused. There are not many entree recipes to choose from. It’s a waste of money.

I’ve been using the recipes from this book a couple of times a week and have always been impressed! So far I’ve made the Omelette, Braised Kale with Mushrooms, Herb Roasted Chicken, Super Bowl Sunday Dip, and many others I can’t remember right now. I’m excited to cook other recipes. The only caution I would tell others is that you will be spending a little more for fresher food and organic ingredients which is a small price to pay for your health.

I bought Ultrametabolism by the same author a couple of years ago, and found it to be the best information on nutrition for me. I also loved the recipes but wanted more. When I saw that this had come out, I ordered it and it’s full of a diverse selection of tasty, healthy recipes. Anyone should find some great recipes in here.

The food is great. It is not tateless. The other guy that wrote that should eat McDonalds maybe that trash will have enough taste for him.
