The Complete America’s Test Kitchen TV Show Cookbook collects ten years from the hit TV show and offers favorite recipes from the show under one cover. From the best blueberry scones and brownies to pasta, bean stews, steak tacos and more, this packs in color photos with recipes tested over and over, and is a pick any general library will find popular.

From a lot of cookbooks I buy I try 2-5 recipes max. Not this one. You can see that the recipes in this cookbook had their “reality check”: they’re not incredibly hard and they’re very tasty. The only thing I’m missing, is a reference to season and episode per recipe.

This is the best cookbook I have ever used. I am a fairly experienced cook and love the “whys” of this book. It explains every recipe very clearly. The TV show is great, but it’s a pain to get their recieps off the net. This is such a good book, everything I have made so far (5 different items)has not just been good, but great. Give it a try.

I’ve been a long time fan of the TV series “America’s Test Kitchen”, which is now called “Test Kitchen”. The recipes are everyday foods that are simple to follow and most importantly, they taste great! I especially love the equipment reviews (which I follow whenever I need to add to my kitchen supplies). In addition, so happy that they add which ingredients are the best from their tasting tests. While I do disagree with very few selections, their alternative brands are my favorite — so it’s all covered!

Great for beginning to moderately skilled cooks. I love this book! Remember everyday foods made fast, easy and tastes great.

I do wish the book had more pictures but understand the limitations. Maybe in the next decade book, it will come with a DVD on select recipes.
