Stuffed Jalapenos, abd Stuffed Avacado. I marinated chicken and I sauteed mushrooms and onions and garlic and gourmet italian sausage stuffed with artichokes and mozzarella and garlic and made a safron and curry rice to go in the peppers. It was out of this world !!! The idea for stuffed Jalapenos came from Miss Racheal: www.flickr.com/photos/mrsfield/2641492002/
