スパニッシュオムレツ風炒りたまご

牛乳がなかったのでオムレツにしなかった。ケチャップありでもなしでもおいしい。
材料
玉ねぎ 1個
じゃがいも 1個
ピーマン 2個
ベーコン 2枚
卵 4個
玉ねぎ、ピーマンは荒くみじん切り。
じゃがいもはスライス。
ベーコンは細切り。
玉ねぎ、じゃがいも、ピーマン、ベーコンの順にフライパンで炒め、じゃがいもに火が通ったぐらいを目安に塩こしょうで味を整えてから溶き卵をいれて混ぜる。
オムレツにしたい場合は、炒めた具材を一度火から下ろして、溶き卵に牛乳を加えたものと混ぜてからフライパンに戻す。

Roasted chestnuts, peeled.

Cut an ‘X’ into rounded side of each chestnut.
Arrange chestnuts on a baking sheet, with the cut sides up.
Roast in oven at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes or so. Do not burn!
Remove, let cool to touch. (What they look like, just out of the oven: here.)
Peel the outer shell AND inner skin.
