Ballie Soup

This was my favorite food when I was growing up. It is an old Macedonian recipe, we called Ballie Soup. It is like a Greek Lemon rice soup with these little doe balls you fry in butter then drop in the broth…it is super yummy.
I remember making ballies with my Baba when I was very young. It is a bit laborious, but well worth it!
