Day 45 – 2/14/12: Belt

Why a photo of a belt? Because since I am on a diet, one way to tell that I am actually losing weight (can not tell myself and I weigh myself only one day a week) is what I call a belt test. You can tell you are losing weight by which holes you use. This happens to be my fat belt. I got it at my largest weight and I can say that I am soon needing to go back to my other belts. And that is how I can tell I am losing weight.
