Mmmm BBQ
This was the 2nd lot of food to char its way to perfection, we’d already eaten the 1st lot, and this lot was rapidly taken off to the oven as it started to rain.
The rain was brief enough however to avoid the bbq going out, and 10mins later, we were back cooking on it.
This is the ‘Party BBQ’ from Homebase, consuming its way through 4 bags of instant lighting coal, and 3/4s of a bag of briquettes.
Reaching fierce temperatures that made it rather hard to stand near to cook on.
