Matambre a la pizza . 01

Prendemos el fuego en nuestra parrilla y ponemos el matambre a unos 30 a 40cm del fuego para que no se nos arrebate y perdamos tamaño.
El matambre es una carne que yo prefiero hacerla lenta y dejarla en la parrilla aproximadamente una hora. Lenta no quiere decir con poco fuego, todo lo contrario buen fuegou y manejamos la altura.
