Tri-tip from Bryan’s in SF. Pre-marinated. Meat was a bit too tough, but I think it’s because I overcooked it 🙁

This is the beginning of a hickory-smoke barbecue, which was planned and executed on Saturday, the last day of May 2008, in San Diego, California.
It’s chicken and pork ribs, which were both purchased from Vien Dong, a Vietnamese-influenced grocery store, equipped with onsite butchers, who prepare some of the city’s finest fresh meats.
