Just in time for the annual garden squash harvests, Andrea Chesman’s The Classic Zucchini Cookbook: 225 Recipes For All Kinds Of Squash offers a comprehensive and broad based collection of recipes for this classic of seasonal American garden produce: the zucchini. Here is an enthusiastically recommended multi-cultural cookbook compendium whose recipes range from Mexican Rice, Zucchini, and Chicken Salad; Fettuccine with Zucchini; and Baked Sole with Zucchini; to Ground Beef and Zucchini Italian Casserole; Zucchini Custard Pudding; and Chocolate Zucchini Bread. If you raise zucchini in your backyard garden (or have friends, relatives, or co-workers who do!), then add The Classic Zucchini Cookbook to your kitchen cookbook collection!

this book is just too cool! i love to cook and have a pretty creative side but….this book takes it to the next level. tonight i made zucchini paprikash which was even loved by the non-zucchini lovers in the house. it doesnt get much better than that. what a great repertoire to include in your kitchen this time of the year. highly recommended

Great cookbook. Especially like the Deep Dark Chocolate Zucchini Cake and the other desserts, but I have also learned to enjoy other types of squash I had never thought I liked! Highly recommend this!

The first three recipes I selected were wonderful. They made use of our yellow summer squash and zucchini, as well as our bell peppers, tomatoes, jalapenos, and other summer garden produce. Even when I varied the recipes to suit my taste, they were still excellent. I then ordered it for my aunt who also has a big garden.

This cookbook is full of interesting and delicious recipes for Squash. I bought it for my daughter, who had seen it and cooked us several delicious dishes which were quite easy to prepare. There are other Squash recipes besides Zucchini. It includes cookies and breads. Ruth Joan Summey
