I own a number of child cookbooks including the Petite Gourmet and Super Babyfood. I like this cookbook because the front section nutritional information is clear and complete. The tables summarize what food is needed when well. It also provides clear information about the role and sources of different vitamins and minerals in a baby’s diet. The last chapter has recipes the whole family can enjoy together. We appreciate this in our household.

I enjoyed this book b/c it doesn’t turn me into a side order chef. I can make one meal that my entire family will enjoy. The recipes are simple and inspiring me to eat healthier.

This book provided our family great ideas to feed our baby and toddler. There is also a great timeline to follow with foods to introduce to your children as they get older.
