    This cookbook has a lot of good ideas to go with for using with the South Beach Diet. If you need a cookbook to expand your horizons then this is the one for you. Worth taking a look into this book…..

    An enjoyable book with some great recipes and as always folks easy to tweak things to your liking or needs as we all can’t eat every ingredient or use of certain spices etc so improvise and you will have some good healthy eats and like with any diet key is to get exercise in wgts and cardio combined.
